How do I purchase a DFO Gift Card?

DFO Gift Cards can be purchased at each of our centres or online.

Visit our Customer Service Desk located on Level 1 near Snooze to purchase your Gift Cards in centre.
There is a maximum card value of $1,000.00 and the minimum is $10.00
An administration fee of $2.95 per card applies.
All Australian major credit cards are accepted as payment, fees apply for American Express and Union Pay.

Where can I use my Gift Card?

The Gift Card can be used at any store in-centre which accepts EFTPOS, at participating Vicinity Centres including DFO Brisbane, Essendon, Homebush, Moorabbin, Perth and South Wharf centres. Acceptance of the Gift Card is at the discretion of the individual store. Gift Cards are valid for 36 months from the date of purchase.

Free 2-hour Wheelchair and Stroller hire is available from our Customer Service Desk (Located on Level 1, near Snooze).

Please note that Photo ID must be present to hire equipment.

Free Lockers are available to DFO Homebush customers.

Lockers are located inside the Centre's Underwood Road entry.
They are available during trading hours 10-6pm each day and 10-8pm on Thursdays.
Simply enter 4 digits and press '#' to lock, then enter the same 4 digits and '#', to unlock.

There is a large food court which comprises of over 17 takeaway stores and several cafes.

Whether you are after a quick bite, coffee and cake or a full meal, our food outlets have something to suit all tastes.

Bus Tours

Bus tour groups are welcome at DFO Homebush, where 3 designated coach bays are avaiabale at our Underwood Road entrance.

Bookings are essential, please complete booking form and return via email to [email protected].

Tourist Passport

International and Interstate visitors are entitled to a complimentary Tourist Passport*; which unlocks exclusive shopping offers at participating retailers.

Visit our Customer Service Desk (Located on Level 1, near Snooze) to redeem you Tourist Passport.

Please note that Photo ID is required when redeeming your Tourist Passport.
