Your safety is our priority

In line with Government direction, face masks are no longer compulsory during your visit to our centre however they are recommended if you are unable to observe the 1 person per 2 sqm social distancing rules.

Help our community stop the spread of COVID-19 by keeping a healthy distance from each other. And remember, if you have any COVID-19 symptoms, please do not enter the centre

The safety and wellbeing of our customers, retailers, team and community continues to be our top priority. We’re taking extra precautions to ensure our centre is clean and hygienic every time you visit, including more frequent cleaning, encouraging healthy physical distancing and good hygiene.

We know the situation will continue to evolve and we can assure you we’re staying up to date with the latest government advice and are working hard to adapt and keep our customers, retailers, team and community informed.

Your Safety Remains Our Top Priority

Wearing of Masks

It is no longer mandatory for you, nor our front-of-house hospitality staff to wear a mask in our centres. Masks are however recommend if you are unable to observe the 1 person per 2 square metres social distancing rule.

Security and Physical Distancing Officers

Security officers in high visibility vests are monitoring our centre to enforce physical distancing requirements as appropriate and are working together with local police.

Capacity Limits & Industry-Leading Heat-Mapping Technology

Maximum capacity limits are in place within the centre and within stores. Centre capacity and crowd density is actively monitored by heat mapping technology.

Increased Hand Sanitisation & Cleaning

Increased sanitisation and cleaning of all customer touch points and high traffic areas.

Hand Sanitiser At Entry Points

Please use the hand santiser located at each entrance and use hand sanitser when requested upon entering a store.

Physical Distancing Signage

Door, window, floor and freestanding signage are in place to assist with physical distancing measures. Please adhere to directions and guidance provided.
