In line with updated NSW Government directions, from 11.59pm Saturday 17 July selected stores will be open for you to shop for the essential products you need, including takeaway food and for click and collect services.

If you do need to visit the centre for essential services, please help us keep yourself and the community safe by wearing a facemask, checking in at every touchpoint, and keeping a healthy distance from each other.

If you have any COVID-19 symptoms, however mild, please do not enter the centre and get tested immediately and isolate until you return a negative result.

Today the NSW Government announced they are extending their lockdown of Greater Sydney, the Blue Mountains, the Central Coast, Wollongong and Shellharbour until 16 July.

In line with updated restrictions announced by the NSW Government at 2pm 26 June, from 6.00pm Saturday 26 June until 11.59pm Friday 9 July, our centre will remain open.

IMPORTANT UPDATE
Wednesday 23 June 2021

In-line with the recent announcement made by the NSW Government, from 4.00pm today (Wednesday 23 June), face masks are required in our centre, for everybody aged 12 years and older. This excludes people whose duties are not public-facing and who cannot wear a mask for medical reasons.

The new restrictions also mean a few other changes to how you shop and dine at our centre.

All guests at our hospitality venues, including the food court, must be seated while eating or drinking.

In addition, guests to our stores and facilities must abide by the ‘one person for every four metres of floor space’ rule.

Thank you so much for your understanding as we work together to keep our community safe and tackle this latest wave of the virus.

According to the latest Government directions, it is now mandatory to wear a face mask in public indoor settings across all of Greater Sydney, including our centre.

We’re taking extra precautions to ensure our centre is clean and hygienic every time you visit, including more frequent cleaning, monitoring face mask wearing, encouraging healthy physical distancing and good hygiene.

IMPORTANT UPDATE
Monday 10 May 2021

In line with the latest NSW Government directions, from 12.01am Monday 10 May, customers are no longer required to wear a mask in our centre while maintaining a healthy distance from others.

However, some restrictions remain with customer-facing staff still required to wear face masks and drinking while standing up also still prohibited.

The current restrictions will remain in place until 12.01 Monday 17 May or until further notice.

As ever, the safety and well-being of our customers, retailers, team and community continues to be our top priority. We will continue to take extra precautions to ensure our centre is clean and hygienic every time you visit, including:

  • Increased sanitisation and cleaning of customer touch points and high traffic areas
  • Reminding visitors to keep a healthy distance apart with physical and digital signage, and PA announcements
  • Traffic and density management in our carparks and our malls using innovative heat mapping technology

We all have a part to play, and you can make a big difference in helping us maintain a COVIDSafe environment everybody can enjoy by:

  • Planning your shopping trip and using the closest entry to the store you are visiting
  • Keeping a healthy distance from other customers and team members
  • Carrying you mask and wearing it if you cannot maintain a healthy distance from others
  • Maintaining good hygiene including washing your hands or using the hand sanitiser provided

Wearing of Masks

It is no longer mandatory for you, nor our front-of-house hospitality staff to wear a mask in our centres. Masks are however recommend if you are unable to observe the 1 person per 2 square metres social distancing rule.

Security and Physical Distancing Officers

Security officers in high visibility vests are monitoring our centre to enforce physical distancing requirements as appropriate and are working together with local police.

Capacity Limits & Industry-Leading Heat-Mapping Technology

Maximum capacity limits are in place within the centre and within stores. Centre capacity and crowd density is actively monitored by heat mapping technology.

Increased Hand Sanitisation & Cleaning

Increased sanitisation and cleaning of all customer touch points and high traffic areas.

Hand Sanitiser At Entry Points

Please use the hand santiser located at each entrance and use hand sanitser when requested upon entering a store.

Physical Distancing Signage

Door, window, floor and freestanding signage are in place to assist with physical distancing measures. Please adhere to directions and guidance provided.
